Note: Corporate and wholesale buyers may be subject to separate contractual terms. Where there is a conflict, those contract terms take precedence.

6. Formation of Contract

By placing an order, you confirm:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Note: An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is only formed when we dispatch your products.

We reserve the right to:

• Notify you of product unavailability;
• Accept orders only in part.

Only products dispatched form part of the binding contract. Out-of-stock items are not included.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any Contracts entered into shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law, specifically the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland or Scotland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local court.

13. Prices and Payments

13.1 Prices

All prices listed on our website and marketing materials are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), USA dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) as indicated, and include VAT (where applicable) in accordance with current legislation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price you pay will be the price displayed at the time your order is accepted.

Occasionally, an error may occur, and products may be mispriced. If this happens, we are under no obligation to supply the goods at the incorrect price. We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

13.2 Price Match Guarantee

If a product you have subscribed to under our Subscribe & Save programme is offered at a lower one-time purchase price on our website due to a promotion, we will match the lower price automatically.

Note: Price match applies only to WYTAMIN LTD promotions and does not include external offers or voucher discounts.

14. Payment Terms

14.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
• Other methods (as specified on our website at checkout)

We do not accept:

• Cheques
• Direct debits or standing orders
• PayPal (unless otherwise stated on the Site)

14.2 Payment Processing

Payment is processed at the point of dispatch or subscription renewal. For subscription-based orders (e.g. Subscribe & Save), you authorise us to charge the selected payment method at the frequency indicated during sign-up.

You may update your payment information at any time via your online account or by contacting customer support.

Important: If your payment fails, your order may be delayed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain up to date.

15. Delivery

15.1 General Delivery Terms

We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames stated on the product or checkout page, subject to availability. Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. stock availability, postal delays, or national holidays). We shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless a specific, paid delivery service is selected and confirmed.

Delivery costs will be clearly indicated at checkout. Customers using Subscribe & Save benefit from a 50% discount on standard delivery fees, with no minimum spend required.

We deliver to UK, Ireland, and selected international addresses. Delivery restrictions may apply based on the destination or product type.

16. Risk and Title

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods will pass to you only when we have received full payment, including any applicable delivery charges.

17. Product Availability

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item at our discretion and without notice. If we cannot supply a product, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and provide a full refund or suitable alternative if agreed.

18. Subscription Services (Subscribe & Save)

18.1 Overview

Subscribe & Save is an optional service that enables you to receive repeat deliveries of selected products at regular intervals and at discounted prices.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Receive products at the frequency you selected
• Allow us to charge your payment method for each future order
• Benefit from 10% off each product and 50% off delivery (no minimum spend)

18.2 Managing Your Subscription

You may:

• Change delivery frequency
• Change quantity
• Skip a shipment
• Cancel your subscription

You can manage these settings anytime via the “My Account” section or by contacting us directly.

18.3 Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled dispatch date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

18.4 Promotional Offers

• Introductory offers (e.g. discounted first order) apply only to the initial subscription.
• Vouchers may be used only with the first order of a new subscription and cannot be applied to ongoing subscription orders.
• Offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

18.5 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any subscription at our discretion. If we do so, you will not be charged for any undelivered products.

19. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full information on your cancellation rights, returns process, and refund eligibility in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

20. Your Account and Password

When you set up an account with us, you will be asked to choose a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree:
