This policy governs the use of the Subscribe & Save service provided by Wytamin through our website [www.wytamin.com]

By enrolling in this service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. About Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save is a subscription-based service that offers convenience, value, and exclusive discounts on your favourite Wyakin supplements. By subscribing:

  • You receive 10% off all eligible products.

  • You benefit from half-price delivery with no minimum spend.

  • Your selected products are delivered automatically at a frequency chosen by you.

You retain full control over your subscription and may manage, pause, or cancel it at any time.

2. Delivery Charges

Subscribe & Save orders enjoy 50% off the standard delivery charge, applied automatically at checkout.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed automatically using a valid credit or debit card.

  • By opting into Subscribe & Save, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method at the chosen delivery frequency.

  • You may update your payment details through your online account or by contacting our Customer Service team.

  • Updates to payment information apply to both new and existing subscriptions.

  • We do not accept payment for subscriptions via:

    • Cheque

    • PayPal

    • Direct Debit

    • Standing Order

4. Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through the “My Account” > “My Subscriptions” section. Here you can:

  • Change the number of products

  • Adjust the delivery frequency

  • Modify the next dispatch date

  • Update your delivery address

  • Edit your payment information

We reserve the right to adjust your dispatch date in the event of:

  • Bank holidays

  • Warehouse closures

  • Courier service disruptions

These changes ensure timely delivery and continuity of service.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account, or

  • Contacting our customer service team, or

  • Emailing: info@wytamin.com

Important: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next scheduled dispatch date to avoid being charged for that shipment.

All subscription transactions are governed by our Terms & Conditions.

6. Price Match Promise

Our Price Match Promise ensures that you always receive the best value:

  • If a one-time purchase price is discounted below your subscription price, you will automatically receive the lower promotional price on your next order.

  • Promotional offers for new subscriptions apply only to the first delivery and cannot be applied retroactively to existing subscriptions.

  • Voucher codes may be used with your first subscription order but not for ongoing subscription pricing.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our sole discretion and without notice. If this occurs, you will only be charged for any products that have already been dispatched to you prior to termination.
