Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Goods Policy

At WYTAMIN LTD, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, cancel an order, or deal with an issue related to shipping or damaged goods. Please review the following detailed policy to understand your rights and our procedures.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery, which unfortunately means we cannot accommodate changes once an order has been confirmed.

If your order has not yet been dispatched:
Please contact our Customer Service team immediately by phone or email. If the order is still in processing, we may be able to cancel it before dispatch.

If your order has already been dispatched:
You will not be able to cancel it. In this case:

Refuse to accept the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver it.

Inform the delivery person to return the parcel directly to us.

Notify our Customer Service team via phone or email that you have refused delivery.

Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a full refund (excluding any delivery fees, if applicable) within 7 working days, provided payment has been processed.

Important: When contacting us, please provide your Order Number to help us handle your request quickly and efficiently.

  1. Returns and Exchanges – 30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy, no questions asked.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

We will cover the risk (e.g., lost or damaged returns) of the return shipment.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price within 7 working days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone.

We will provide you with a return form and shipping instructions.

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Items Received

If you receive the wrong product or an item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact us immediately by phone or email to report the issue.

We will send you a prepaid return form via email for the incorrect/damaged item(s).

Carefully package the item(s) and send them back to us using the return instructions provided.

We will dispatch the correct or replacement product as soon as possible.

Once you receive the replacement, please return the original incorrect/damaged item(s) within 30 days.

We will cover both the return shipping cost and the cost of sending you the correct replacement item(s).

  1. Damage During Shipping

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery:

Do not accept the package.

Ask the delivery person to return the item and record a damage complaint immediately with them.

Notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement order at no additional cost.

Damaged packages must be reported at the point of delivery to qualify for replacement.
